Clean Best is a cleaning contractor based at 54 Columbia Rd, Seven Hills — a Western Sydney business that has been trading since 2015. This particular website exists for one reason: Parramatta is the most demanding commercial cleaning market on this side of Sydney, and it deserved more than a paragraph on somebody's suburb list.

Why write a whole site about one postcode

Because 2150is not a normal suburb. It is Sydney's second business district, and the cleaning problems it produces are nothing like the ones a suburban strip produces. A tower floor at Parramatta Square has a facilities manager, a dock window, a goods lift that must be booked and a security desk that wants a name on a list before anybody goes up. A restaurant on Church Street has four hours between last service and first delivery. A residential tower has a bin room that clears at a fixed time and a committee that will hear about it at the AGM if it does not. A consulting suite has infection-control obligations that have nothing whatsoever in common with the office two floors above it.

Those are four genuinely different jobs, and a cleaning company that quotes them all off the same square-metre rate is going to fail at least three of them. There is no star rating in the code of this site either — a self-declared rating on your own business cannot produce a star in Google anyway, and marking one up when the reviews are not real is a documented route to a manual penalty. When genuine reviews exist, they will sit on the Google Business Profile where Google reads them directly and nobody has to take our word for it.

You will also not find a dollar figure anywhere on this site, and that is not coyness. A published rate cannot see your kitchen, your end-of-trip showers, or the fact that your entry mat is doing the work of three. We would rather walk the building for free and then commit to one number in writing than advertise a figure we would have to revise the moment we saw the place.

And we say no. A Parramatta business occasionally asks us to quote something we are not equipped to do properly — a specialist restoration, a high-reach facade, something needing a licence we do not hold — and we would rather tell you that plainly than subcontract it quietly and hope. It costs us work. It also means that when we do say yes, the scope can be taken at face value.
